THE FOUNDRY
Knoxville, Tennessee

Originally part of a steel foundry, the 1865 masonry building was restored in 1982 for use as a beer hall during the World's Fair.  In 1992 the building was renovated for use as a banquet hall.  Work included interior renovations, wall and roof rehabilitation, and adding restrooms.  Renovation work in 1998 included masonry restoration, additions to the banqueting rooms, new stairs, and renovation of the basement to include offices.
