Located at Knoxville College, the turn-of-the-century brick masonry building is currently undergoing restoration.  Work includes: hazardous materials abatement; masonry and structural repairs; new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; window/door repairs; rectification of code deficiencies; and restoration of select historically significant interior spaces.  Originally a dormitory and cafeteria, new uses for the building will include offices, training, and business incubators.
